- To contact you regarding your announcements on the Job / Training Portal, and for other matters relating directly to the Job / Training Portal;
- In aggregate form only, to provide statistics on the countries and institutes which use the portal to announce their jobs and / or training courses.
EXDCI is committed to ensuring your privacy is protected. Your Personal Data will be treated confidentially according to applicable legislation.
Your name or contact details will not appear on any job or training course announcement which you post unless you have specifically included it in the text of the announcement.
We will not distribute any of your Personal Data to a third party.
If at any time we decide to use Personal Data in a manner significantly different from that stated in this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email, and you will be able to choose whether or not we use your information in the new manner.

The EXDCI website is managed by Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC). Your Personal Data will be held on a secure server at BSC, and BSC will take all reasonable steps (including appropriate technical and organisational measures) to protect your Personal Data.
